TAKATUF BRINGS OMANI EXPERTISETO THE LARGEST HR EVENT IN THE GOLF REGION

Muscat, 17 November 2016 – Takatuf, one of Oman’s leading Human Capital solutions providers, brought Omani expertise to the region’s biggest HR event, The HR Summit and Expo 2016. More than 1,000 delegates visited Takatuf’s stand where they shared their opinion on the impact Human Capital initiatives have in organisations’ sustainable growth. The summit was held at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre, between the 14th and 16th of November.

The three day summit witnessed some of the most influential talent and speakers. With over four thousand (4,000) attendees, over one hundred (100) speakers and sessions, the Summit shared inspirational keynotes, global insights in HR.

Takatuf’s managing consultant for Talent Management, Crispin Garden-Webster, was one of the speakers and engaged with delegates on succession planning. In particular, he demonstrated how to manage business continuity by moving from mere replacement to anticipation of future capability requirements.
